I participated in the flag project last year, you can see the original here. The flag has the same theme, colours, material and I used cross stitches again. The birds on the original flag were from Annabelle's Baby Shower invitation design. The flag this time round I proudly designed myself :) based on those birds. The bigger pink bird I see as Annabelle and the little yellow bird still in its shell as Baby So. #August19thDayofHope #DayofHopePrayerFlags #ForAnnabelle

Taking a break from telling Annabelle's story to talk about a project I'm excited about...
It has been a tough couple of weeks but this project has brought hope. Last year, I made a flag in honour of Annabelle as part of the October 15 Pregnancy and Infant Loss Ceremony (see above). It was heartbreaking and soul nourishing all at the same time... Carly Marie has brought the flag project forward this year to coincide with the Day of Hope on August 19. I will be participating, I have started participating with my flag started... As I said, it has been a tough couple of weeks and this flag will honour not just Annabelle but also Baby So...
